Individual potential power multiplied by total individuals equals total power.
At first glance of course, this may seem obvious. Or perhaps "equal to or greater than" feels more appropriate. Quite possibly, both.
In reality of course, it is extremely difficult to find any examples.
Both the systems and their outcomes are, naturally, still far from perfect, based inexcusably as they are on long surpassed boundaries from their industrial past.
With the advent of a new millennium, however, these boundaries have been re-written much faster in reality than existing democratic structures.
Using core technologies already distributed across the globe, Realtime Referendum allows immediate, broad-spectrum application and management of highly evolved democratic platforms.
